Bolivia is the first and only country worldwide to consider water as a human right. It is located in the center-west of South America, with an area which is the sixth in size in Ibero-America. It is among the countries with the greatest biodiversity in the world and includes different geographical areas such as the Andes, the High Andean Plateau, the Amazon, Moxos Plains and the Chaco region. It is a multiethnic and multicultural country hosting a great wealth in its blend and syncretism of habits and traditions.
